Then there are the scholarships no one talks about, but everyone should. While not as plentiful, there are many scholarships that most would consider strange and ridiculous. For example, there are scholarships just for left-handed people and scholarships for gamers who enjoy tabletop card games. While they may sound silly, scholarships like these can offer as little as $500 to thousands of dollars in scholarship money.
Finding unique scholarships like these are not difficult and are often as easy as finding regular academic scholarships. The trick is changing your search parameters to something like “unique scholarships” or “strange” scholarships to find scholarships with strange names and even stranger prerequisites.
